Special days cakes, Im barred from tagging them, they wont allow a review, I can now understand why Very much disappointed in my daughters birthday cake, I spent 110 on her cake, when I cut it the cake was brick sold inside!! They gave me another one to apologise for having a brick sold cake!! And the second one was the exact same!! I have 3 kids and I always get them a specially made cake for their birthdays but this is by far the worst cake I have ever tried!! But to get a second one and for that to be the same well am afraid am not the only person thats had a bad cake from this company. They have lost a customer and I would never recommend this cake shop to anyone!! Sad to say my daughters special cake wasnt special at all! Would not recommend this cake shop to anyone, customer service and product was very poor!!!

I phoned Special Days 3 days before my daughter's 21st in a panic because I had been let down by another company. I honestly thought there was no way they'd be able to help me, but I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone who was very reassuring that they'd be able to help. Within the hour I had a cake ordered and I am amazed at the quality. In just 3 days they made a cake that suited my daughter to a tee in colours she loves and it is absolutely delicious. I can't thank Special Days enough for saving the day! I will be using them again and can't recommend them highly enough!
