Ok not great, fine for a drink
Waited 20 mins to be seen at bar. Told me to book at front desk as a long wait. The two men beside me at bar ordered food and got served before my table was ready. Understaffed and too much attitude from staff. Now waited 1hour before ordering. I stay in premier inn 100-200 days per year.

Good food & service at a reasonable cost.Easy location off M74. Plenty of parking. Outdoor service in good weather. Children welcome.
This place has been a favourite for a wee surprise treat over the years, but our last visit was a disappointment. Our server was completely disinterested in us. I felt uncomfortable - as if our being there was a chore. My steak was advertised as 'unlimited chips' but not once was I offered, nor fresh drink orders offered. The place was very quiet, being mid afternoon, so no excuses. The food was good - it always is in my experience - but it wasn't enjoyed on this occasion.
