Place is a joke been phoning them for months as my sofa is ripped + was only 10 months old they have done nothing about it! Also they keep hanging up every time I phone. Avoid this place (uddingston)
It is all right for someone my age but not for a family quality not great my friend had to wait month's for her sofa would not recommend it
I would advise everyone to avoid buying anything from Sofa king at Birkenshaw as I got a couch from there where I only had my 3&2 seater couch not even 24 hours & it started to crease & looked about 5 years old! They agreed to replace this when they did the same fault happened YET AGAIN I now await for them to refund me the money but everything is a hassle with them. Constantly got excuses every time I phone for an update. The customer service is diabolical & I would advise you to stay away !!
