I love my visits to Mesart. I have been visiting the salon since it first opened a few years back and haven't been elsewhere since. A beautiful salon, luxury products and a team of highly skilled stylists who are professional but really friendly too.
Booked bleach regrowth and cut for today almost two weeks ago so it would be done for the new year, got a phone call this morning four hours before my appointment asking if Id had a patch test. Because I havent had my hair bleached at their salon before they cant do it but still offered to do my cut, which is a waste of time because I live 40 mins away and can get my hair cut anywhere, it was the colour I wanted done at the salon. I understand this policy is in place in many hair salons however feel a bit more courtesy could and should be shown to someone who has booked an appointment almost two weeks in advance, and is prepared to pay plenty of money for the pleasure. In my opinion this call should be made when the appointment is booked, if it was done this way I would have been more than happy to visit the salon after work or on a Saturday to get the test done. Disappointed wont be booking again.
Every aspect of this salon is of the highest standard, from the styling to the staff and even the coffee! Would 100% recommend.

Have been going here since last year after trying lots of other places. Trendy, clean salon with very friendly staff. Martin does my hair, hes brilliant at colouring, cutting and styling. Having watched other people have their hair done whilst im in i can say all of the sylists are great. Highly recommend!
