Took an expensive jacket in for a small repair to the stud/button on the pocket. Totally dismissive they were. No interest in fixing it. Poor, lax attitude. Won't be back.

Service and attitude is appalling. I vowed never to go back after having the straps on my wedding dress break back in 2010. However my mum, who doesnt keep well has experienced terrible attitudes from staff members in this shop on 3 different occasions and today has made me really angry. I would call and complain but she doesn't want me to so i'm making myself heard this way. A terrible way to treat anyone in good health or in bad. You're lucky to have a business but if you keep that attitude up you won't have it for very long.
