Comfortable and affordable prices great service all round
Excellent rooms. Always really clean and comfortable bed and hot water for late night shower. Even had a large TV. Staff were great. Could not have been more friendly or helpful.
I was disappointed with the stay partially because there was no hot water in the morning and I was not notified of this until after I asked housekeeping in the hallway. I had to boil the kettle and have bathe in the sink. Also when ordering my meal I had a starter and 10 minutes later I was asked if I was ready for my main and i said no then 5 minutes later it was brought to me. I said just to leave it on the table even though the staff did say they would take it back but by then I felt harassed and rushed in eating my meal so I just told them to leave it. Only will use this premier inn if it's an emergency booking.
Where Calderpark Zoo used to be. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Carried my bags to my room as I don't keep well. Accessible rooms are great. Everything you need. Black bear restaurant made me my dinner to take to the room as I didn't want to dine on my own. Excellent breakfast all freshly made and you can have as much as you want cooked and continental. I'll be back in fact it's already booked.
Had an amazing holiday for the European Championships. All staff were helpful but special mention to Karen, on reception (and where ever else she was needed) who went above and beyond to make my son and I happy. Leigh-Ann in the restaurant was amazing nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a massive smile on her face. The cleaning staff who looked after my sons giraffe whilst we was enjoying the Scottish hospitality. which was second to none. Did not want to come home. Thank you to all the amazing staff.
