Had this company out to look at them marketing our property as they seem to be the main estate agent in the area. The guy that came out came across as a dodgy used car salesman so we didn't feel comfortable using them and went with another agent who sold our property within 1 week
Terrible - offer submitted for closing date. Advised by Wilma we weren't the highest offer. Turns out we were but they had a preferred buyer - so not use these people!
